Selected and introduced from Malaysia by the Agriculture and Forestry University of Ho Chi Minh city with the support of the World Cocoa Foundation (WCF) and Mars Incorporated. Belong to the only approved cocoa variety group (8 varieties) by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for widely growing in Vietnam.
